Question by Amry: How to cancel the previous K1 Visa petition that is still active in USCIS database?
It was 2001 already but still active in USCIS Data Base.Can i still be given a visa though i had 2 previous K1 fiancee visa which one was denied coz of the previous K1 Visa that is still actiove in uscis database.Im going to have another K1 Visa .but im worried that previous K1 visa petitions can affect the future k1 visa.Can i cancel the previous K1 fiancee visa petitions to me by my ex fiancees?or Only my ex fiancees can cancel it?

You can inform the USCIS that your K-1 petitons are already cancelled or you didn’t pursue on any of them.It is your petitioner who should have cancelled them but it is also worth a try.

  1. Nobody can cancel them. They are officially part of the record. When your new, 3rd fiance, files the visa for you the Consular Officer who interviews you will know this is your 3rd time up at bat.
